The ISKCON Temple in Noida is one of the most famous temples for Lord Krishna. The only difference between this ISKCON Temple and the others is that this temple has a huge statue of Lord Krishna narrating the Bhagavad Gita to Arjuna just before the great Mahabharata war. Lord Krishna and Radharani are worshipped by both the Hindu and Vaishanva communities. The temple is built on a small plot of land and hence is quite tall in comparison to other temples. The ISKCON temple has some seven storey and has a height of 160 metres.
The ISKCON temple of Noida is not only used for worshipping but for other purposes too, like one can book specific halls for marriage and birthday ceremonies, there is a guest house, an auditorium, and lot of other things which are not only limited to religious activities. Also there is an elaborate worship ceremony or aarti which one should not miss at all. Those are Mangala Aarti, Raj-bhoga Aarti, Usthapana Aarti, Dhoop Aarti, Sayana Arati and Sandhya Aarti. These artis are special in their own way and is followed in an unique way. Free afternoon meal is given to everyone who wants to eat the bhoog or the food served to the Lord before serving. The meals are reported to be tasty and quite hygienic.
