The grand temple is an architectural and spiritual marvel initiated by Siri Viswaroopa punch Mukhi Anjaneya Swami Temple. One of the major attractions of Tamil Nadu, the Anjaneya temple, situated in Nanganallur, Chennai has a 32 feet tall Lord Hanuman idol which has a primary attraction due to the shimmering green light. It is built with the blessings and initiative of Sri Raghavendra Swamy and Sri Kanchi Puram Acharia. The main temple is a 90 feet tall tower with Lord Anjaneya facing the West which makes the main entrance gate to be on the same side. This is a conglomerate of many Hindu deities. This place has the portrayal of Lord Ram and his Lady Sita meditating in the presence of Lord Laxman and Anjaneya. People come here in numbers from all parts of the country to seek blessings in the form of good health, overall well being and prosperity. This place has the context of Lord Ram from Ramayan and Lord Krishna who was the charioteer of Arjun in the great battle of Mahabharata. Adding to the versatility of this great place is a nice beautiful east facing sculpture of Lord Ganesha or Vinayaka.
