Kodaikanal in Tamil means “The Gift of The Forests”. Kodaikanal, also referred to as “Princess of Hill Stations” has got a long and rich history. The city was established in the year 1845 and ever since it has been predominantly serving as a tourist destination attracting travellers in numbers.
