Saang Folk Dance

Saang, also known as Swang (meaning "initiation") or Svang, is a prominent traditional dance form in the Madhya Pradesh states of Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Malwa. Swang combines appropriate theatrics and imitation (or naqal) with song and discourse.
