Yadadri Bhuvanagiri Tourism

Yadadri Bhuvanagiri is a district in the state of Telegana, a southern state of India. The district headquarters is at Bhongir. Formerly, it was part of the Nalgonda district. Later it was re-organised and was separated as an individual district in the state. Kunda Satyanarayana Kala Dhamam in Surendrapuri is a remarkable place for those who are interested in mythology. It is located near Yadagirigutta. There is a theme park known as Mythological Awareness Centre. It was built by Kunda Satyanarayana. The place consists of beautiful paintings and carvings that displays episode from the epic stories of Mahabharata, Ramayana, Bhagavatha and Puranas. It also offers the opportunity to worship many deities of different parts of India in a single place.

Bhuvanagiri or Bhongir fort was built in the 12th century A.D. by the Chalukya King, Tribhuvanamalla Vikramaditya. It is located at the hilltop with an elevation of 500 feets above the ground. It is known for its architectural style and its oval shape. It also has secret passages and doors. The fort can be reach either by taking the stairway or have to trek on the steep path. Yadadri Bhuvanagiri is very well connected by roads and railways with other nearby towns and cities.
