Jodhpur, founded in 1495 by RaoJodha in Rajasthan, is also known as the Sun City due to the clear view of sunrise. Jodhpur is also known as the ‘Blue City' as the exteriors of the buildings present in the city are blue in colour. This city is situated in the centre of the state alongside Thar Dessert.
